		This package includes a simple layout with text, pictures and text-based links. Price is based on a maximum of 9 hrs design time. Excessive complexity or re-design due to mind changing may add to the price. Links may be internal, external or email. You supply pictures and text in an electronic form: MS word or Open Office text files, separate image files (.jpg or .tif or .psd) on CD or by email. Renewal costs for hosting and domain registration: $200 annually (paid in advance by renewal date). This rate is guaranteed not to increase as long as you continue your site (unless you generate high traffic or make your site very large or start needing special features). Email will be redirected to your existing ISP-based account. This is a limited time offer. GST extra. Scanning, photography and editing services available at extra cost.
